When it comes to the success of Dr. Who, then definitely Tennant. More of the sporadic, energetic, hyperactive yet still serious personality that grew the classic series' popularity in the '70s. Eccleston was good for bringing the show back, his more serious personality adding to the idea of the "Last great time war" having been fairly recent and the doctor still trying to overcome the horror and pain it caused, but over time that subsides and Tennant's doctor seems to be a slightly more 'healed' doctor yet still with reasonable anger built up. Perhaps thats why tennant's replacement in 2010 will supposedly be a lot like him and not Eccleston.

Is that enough discussed?
