You will probably hear different things, but I say you should work more into anatomy and shading first. Forget about working on Dragons for the time being and focus on life studies, the good ol fruit in a bowl and whatnot. It helps your understanding on how to shade and use textures. There is more than one way to shade, so experiment with hatching, crosshatching, dots, etc. and see what you like.
As for anatomy, draw from photos, read into the structure of animals and just familiarise yourself to the general drift of shape.

anatomy and lineart....you have some improvement you can make, and tho youre fine now it sould be awesome if you did some extra practise to tune up abit
lineart....you should work on making them cleaner and less sketchy...using a pen to draw single lines and erasing the pencil works for most people....tho i use PS >.< anywho....yeah those are two areas you should focus on first ^^
