101 Dalmatians. The Original one, especially! I love the style it's drawn in, the excessive detail, the color theory, oh, everything. I love it when you can see the sketch lines on some of the characters! The animation is so smooth, too. There's also hardly a need to mention that I love the plot. So cute! It's sad, a little dark, and happy and warm.
I like the new ones, too, don't get me wrong, but they just don't have the animated glory of the original.
